Bunny Love

OMG This pair is soooo adorable. How can your heart not melt. This is a whimsy stamp by Sylvia Zet.I just adore her images. I thought I'd get ahead of the game and make at least one Easter card.As I type this I realize  I forgot the sentiment.whooops !
I also was excited to use these papers from Bo Bunny.Love the vintage ,soft pastel colors.Patel coloring is a struggle for me.But all one can do is practice. How do you love those chipboard accents.I had fun inking and spriting and painting those babies up.Whatever stuck on I went with it.!

Inside of the card...I couldn't find a spot to put the egg so I put it inside...

I am entering this card into the following challenges...

Stamping and Scrapping Challenge-Spring/Pastels Easter
Our Creative Corner-Tic Tac Toe(blue,yellow,ribbon,flowers,glitter)

Spring has Sprung

Well maybe not so much here..Mother Nature has graced us with snow. Not sure who made her mad,but maybe an apology would be nice lol.
I just adored this bunny,he's just so stinkin'cute.Such love for a carrot.LOL.Reminds me of my daughter, she's loooves carrots.
I forgot to take a close up/side view of the butterflies. They have two layers to them so the wings stick out.I made the antennas with pearl strings(sorry cannot remember the actual name)but they are from floral accents. And my ribbon is actually three different ribbons tied in a bow.Love that look...yep I'll be doing that again.
Here's the inside........

I am entering this card into just a few challenges...

Easter Greetings....

As promised instructions and photos...
this was a make & take I created and taught at a school crop weekend fundraiser.

To create your base, Cut a cardstock 8 1/2" x 6 3/4" and score at 2 1/4" on all four sides.Fold and adhere all sides. As a suggestion I did cut the corners in half into triangles(if that makes sense)and adhere the triangles to inside and outside of the box.The outside at the ends do get covered so you don't see them.
To create handle cut your cardstock at 2"x 12" (this still left enough to use border punch and look not to wide.)
These are just your basics to get you started so you can embellish as you wish.

For this project I used Basic Grey for PP ,Easter Egg die, butterfly and  picket fence border by Quickutz.Prima for flowers.GlimmerMist on flowers...Martha Stewart for border punch.I can't remember where I got the flower ribbon,I also GlimmerMisted it to match.Hope you like and Have a great weekend,I'll be back next week to post some BLOG CANDY! So.....
