Stamp With Fun Recipe Challenge

It's a new challenge for Stamp with Fun Challenges. But it is my last creation as the Guest DT for them. It was only two weeks but so much fun.Thank you Andrea for inviting me ,So glad I did it !! The challenge today is a fabulous one.

RECIPE :

-Lace

  - Flowers

     - 3 Patterned Papers

Now this card is actually a paper bag card.I`m sure you`ve seen them about. This was my first attempt at one but NOT my last. Too fun... I used a Teddy Bo image for this project.And yes it`s my Mom`s mother`s day card. I can show it now that she has it. :)

My papers are from My Mind`s Eye...become a fav.Some details.. Heart stamp is from Bo Bunny which I added M O M with Pink Paislee stickers.Fence die cut is from MFT and I used a Studio G mini heart punch to add the hearts.I can't remember where I got the little butterfly punch. There is some cheese cloth dyed with Vintage Photo distress stain.

Here`s the inside ...under that fringed paper is the bag flap which you can insert a tag or gift card or something. The sentiment to the left is from Verve Stamps and the flourish stamps to the right is from Bo Bunny.

Hmm I think I have covered all the details...If not ask me :)

Early Bird....and some more news

Good Morning Everyone ! ! Hopefully you have sun where you are,I do not.LOL.It's cloudy and dreary looking.But there is warm weather on the horizon. 

Today we have a new challenge for you at High Hopes Challenges.

It's MAY FLOWERS

You can have flowers in your image, use flowery paper, or just add some flowers to your card or project.

Just remember that you MUST use a High Hopes stamp to enter the challenge.

For my card today I used Early Bird ..I couldn't help myself and not use this sentiment by AI . It just cracked me up. I also paper pieced the flower stamp,which for the life of me I can't remember the name of it. The papers are from Prima Doodle Deux again. Love this line more than I thought lol.

I used Glossy white and black enamel accents on the flowers and in the corner of the card.

Exciting News...

Today I'm nervous and excited to share with you that I have been asked to Guest design for the next two weeks with  Stamp With Fun Challenges. I was so flattered when Andrea asked me.

 As my own worst critic I didn't think I was good enough to join but I did anyway.LOL. This is such a fun challenge blog so how could I say no. Their challenge today is a sketch challenge.I am a sucker for sketches,I just love them and this one is fabulous. 

I decide to work with a Kenny K image. Loooove her. I finally got around to using Simple Stories paper. The sentiment is actually stickers which I layered onto cardstock.My flowers are from Wild Orchid Crafts. The corner metal embellishments is from my stash. The background flourish on my main image is from Tim Holtz.

Hellloooo Cowlik !!

OK I have got to show you this cutie...I fell in love with him immediately . He's a new character from Stampendous called Cowlik. Oh I just love the name too ! He was sooo quick to color as well.I love my copics but some days I just don't have time to spend an hour coloring an image. 

The papers I used are from Prima. I even used the chipboard accent pieces, wood ticket and bling. This was a more simpler card for me that is.I didn't load it up like I usually do lol,but I'm glad to say I like how it turned out .And I can make a quick card and be happy.

Another Easel card....

Well oops I'm behind today.I almost forgot to post this. Well I hoped you enjoyed the tutorial on how to make an easel card because our challenge this week is to make one !!Of course remembering to use a HIGH HOPES image. Today I used Bunny with Tulips...one of my fav bunnies. My papers are from My Mind's Eye Be Happy.And embellies are flowers,ribbon,brads,bling..etc. My normal lol.
