Hugs & Kisses

I just love this collection from Hero Arts. They are so adorable. They remind me of my daughter. As you can see I paper pieced her outfit.Although she would be fun to color.I used
Bo Bunny PP from their Kitchen Spice collection.I normally don't like to mix dots and stripes but it works for some reason.I find them to busy together.
On the same note of BoBunny,I'm SOOO excited for their new collections to come out!!You too???
Finally I added some layers of flowers .That top one is from Prima. With some pearls and a sentiment from Hero Arts and she's done.Ooops I forgot the Ek success punch border.I do love those little hearts...

Cute Changito

Boy ,Do I love these monkeys! They make me giggle..These guys come from Stampendous.I colored them with copics. The background PP is from Basic Grey(lemonade)...not that you can see well in this pic but there is more blue in the paper.
I added some glossy accents on the rain and their tongues. The sentiment is from Hero Arts(previous SOTM).

Sweet Sara Kay...

Do you ever look at your finished card and wonder...???....
I spent how long on this card?? lol.
Well for some reason it took me a long time to color and put this card together.I had to estrain myself from adding more things to it....As my daughter says"Walk away Mom,it's fine!".lol.
So.... the image is from Sara Kay and the paper is from K&Company.I used EK sucess border punch,..don't you just love those tiny hearts. They are even cuter sittin' on the table all punched out and so teeeny! The large flower is from Prima. The sentiment is from Hero Arts.
Enjoy

Bittersweet Magnolia

Ok I finally put this girl to a card.I teamed her up with Basic Grey's bittersweet pp.I put a brown glittered arrow brad thru the heart she's holding. The brad is from Making memories,it came with the cutest collection of brads for valentine's.

The pearls are a light pink but in the first photo it came out darker.

I had to ink this girl again, she's so cute blowing those hearts.I used BoBunny papers for a background and flowers that were glimmer misted. The heart brad in the corner is from the MM brad collection I mentioned before.Hearts are from Spellbinders Nestabilities. Both sentiments came from Hero Arts. And a little glitter for the wings!

Enjoy TTYL

Creative Accents Stamp of Month

This month Eulanda and I have teamed up together and designed some samples using Creative Accents' SOTM.Be sure to check out Eulanda's sample if you haven't already. It's gorgeous!

This set of stamps is from American Crafts.I believe between the two of us ,we used just about every stamp .lol.
We also used pattern paper from the "Letterbox" Collection by American Crafts.I love all the colors in this collection.Creative Accents has this line of papers as well as all it's coordinating embellies!
So my first sample focuses on the butterfly stamp and border.I have embossed a couple of the butterflies.

I also added some chipboard butterflies, which I chalk inked and then dusted with perfect pearls .You'll notice that the border has also been dusted with perfect pearls .Here's a close up...
You'l also notice the one butterfly(punch), I used the bitty flower stamp and "dusted" it..

This next sample I used one of the stamps to create a flower, and with a simple sentiment and ribbon across, made it very easy to be pretty.By the way ,the green stems and grass(created using the tip of bracket) are the same color as the ribbon(American Crafts)I just couldn't get the camera to pick it up.!GRRR.

This final sample I have to give credit where credit is due. My daughter Courtney came up with this idea and helped me put it together.I think this would be a great way to use up those little square scraps that you have lying around. The pink and green squares are on 3d foams,so they stand out above everything else. The nice thing about these pattern papers are they are double sided  with the coordinating colors. So you Can't say you don't coordinate! So we stamped on them.Added some pearls and ribbon.tadah!!
So hope you enjoyed our samples!
This is what you have to look forward to tommorow!
So now if you haven't go check out Eulanda!!
Her stuff is to DIE for!
