This week Sketch Saturday has a great sketch.It was a fun one to partcipate in.Won't ya try??

Here's the sketch and my take on it!

Isn't that so sweet.This little fella is from Stampendous as is the sentiment on the inside of the card.The sentiment "Bite Me" just cracks me up! It came from Kraftin' Kimmie. That fabo spider web and drippy goo punch is from MS.I cannot remember who the PP is by.

The little spider hanging and the one on the web is a brad from my stash.

Oh and so is the little bat brad.Nope I still cannot remember the PP.LOL.I was trying. ;)

Boo to You

BOO ! ! Hee Hee gotta love Halloween.I love the cutesy though not so much the gory ,scary stuff. I went to a Crop this weekend and borrowed this little fella to color.What a blast I had by the way!Ladies if you haven't gone to a crop with a room full of other croppin' ladies ...YOU MUST.I guarantee you will have loads of fun! 

Anyhoo,onto my card.I used hmmm,what paper was that?Oh yeah.Cosmo Cricket Matilda.I love how the paper looks like bubbly.The little bats are cut from Spellbinders.

A Queen and a Spider....

                                I made this card for Stamptacular Sunday's challenge.Note LAST WEEK'S.LOL
So I won't make THAT entry (haha).But I'm gonna show ya anyway.The challenge was GRID.So I did the squares and the paper is kinda grid like.The image is from Whipper Snapper.I laughed when I saw it but the sentiment that goes with it is better.I put it on the inside!

So let's continue with another card that ,well, it's not gonna make it on time either!HAAHAAA.It was also last week's sketch.What can I say I'm on a roll....

This was for MOJO MONDAY.I image is from High Hopes Rubber Stamps.Isn't that the cutest spider.I also used my Hero Arts background Spider Web stamp.I stamped with Glue Pad and covered with GLITTER RITZ.

Another Fall Card

Yes it's another Fall card.I'm afraid I'm gonna squeeze in as many fall cards as I can (time permitting) It's my favorite season!! I love all the great colors it has to offer.The way the leaves change color and be so beautiful. For some,like me,it means back to school. Having 2 teenagers this summer at home gave me a STRONGER love for Fall.LOL.

So onto my card...

Isn't she cute.I wanted to try and give her the fall feel.Cool ,crisp breeze and walking her pooch.I used Kaiser Kraft for the PP.It has slipped my mind what line.This card was pretty simple.Just layers with a few leaves(QK) and sentiment (Stampendous).

Seize the Cupcake

I made this card for a girlfriend of mine.She loved it.She's so sweet cause she always looks forward to my cards.:) She loved this little monkey.He is from High Hopes.

Isn't he the cutest on this cupcake.I colored them with my Copics.The PP is from Basic Grey's Lemonade.I also used the Nestabilities for the circle.Iadded some glossy to his eyes and the cherry.

And here's the inside.The sentiments are from Stampendous.

Bookmark For Kruz

No challenge ,no sketch.Just  bookmark for Kruz.That's my nephew.

He has started kindergarten this year.Surprisingly,he has really took to it.I know of a few boys who couldn't be bothered with school,so it's exciting to seem him loving it.I bought a couple of books and then made this bookmark.

Of course it gave me an opportunity to play with one of my blog candy stamps.heehee.Isn't this mouse just so adorable.He is from High Hopes.I used adhesive chipboard from QK to create the bookmark .

The PP is from Prima's Jack & Jill.Such an adorable line.My only embellishment on this was a QK apple and some rub-ons for sentiments.

Now for some reason I deleted the back of the bookmark.I really didn't want to take another pic.lol.Here's a close-up though..

I sure hope he's gonna like it.

ABC Challenge Blog Hop

Welcome to Creative Accents Fall Challenge/Blog Hop......

It looks like I'm the final stop to this Blog Hop.I hope you enjoyed all the FABULOUS creations made by Creative Accents DT.If this is your first stop,please start the hop here.

The challenge is pretty simple! Create any paper based project and include:

A- Alphabet (letters or words in any form)

So enough details ? Let's get on to my project...I created a Canvas project with a REALLY quick card.

So for my A-alphabet was ,well obviously,my words.lol.My B-bling,some Prima pearls and bling.For some extra bling I cut out the bird and leaves from some copper paper.Pretty eh?And finally for C-chipboard,the words FAMILY and BLESSINGS is painted chipboard.Some close-ups..

Those leaves are from QK,I embossed them too!

That cute little bird and cage is from Tim Holtz.LOVE ,LOVE IT ! !

As you can see there is some added "BLING".I covered my canvas with Glimmer Mist.Those flowers are from Prima.Gorgeous aren't they!!??The little card quote is from 7 Gypsies.

This is a border die cut from Quickutz.I added stickles..more bling!!

So easy peasy as ABC. Heehee!  I hope you enjoyed all our projects.Please join us won't cha ! !

High Hopes.......I won Candy ! !

A package arrived for me today...
Yeah ! I won candy and from one of my FAVORITE stamp companies.
High Hopes had a Blog Hop last week.I won candy just for commenting on the designers site.I do anyway just cause the design team just rocks! ! !LOL. If you get an opportunity ,do check them out..
It's funny cause I fell in love with High Hopes a couple of years or so ago.And I still love their stamps.If you love cute images and  great artists.You must see.

Sitting pretty..

I just got these papers from Prima called Fairy Flora and couldn't wait to use them.I thought they suited this little girl,whom I've had for some time. She finally got to see ink! Isn't she so cute just sitting there so pretty. If I could only get my daughter to sit and stay clean it would be a miracle. I'm pretty sure she got that "spill everything on your nice clothes" syndrome from her mother.lol.

So I thought I would use the sketch from Sketch Saturday.I went pretty simple with it,but I like it I think.

Happy Fall Y'all

This sketch is from Friday Sketchers.They have some great sketches to help get you going and great inspiration as well.This is my take on the sketch.

Ooh am I just loving this new paper from Basic Grey.It's called Pyrus.The colors are fabulous for fall. As is this cutie.She's a Belle's and Whistles stamp called "smile" by Elizabeth Bell.

Here's a close up of the sentiment..

Now this sentiment is from the SOTM as is the pumpkins.I stamped the sentiment first then stamped the pumpkins and embossed with clear EP.So the pumpkins kinda stand out. Those cute little stitches are threads from Karen Foster.Fun!!

Spooky Treats

As hard as it is to believe ,this card took me MANY hours.Nothing was going right.The coloring was not working for me.Paper piecing wasn't gong great either.But after all that work,I'm gonna post it anyway even if it's not quite how I pictured it.

The stamps are from CC Designs and the paper is from Echo Park.This is a new line to Creative Accents and I gotta say I'm lovin' it.Lookin' forward to playing more of their stuff.

Creative Accents(Tara)

I must say ,Tara is one lucky lady to have very talented(heehee) and caring Design Team Members .For those who don't know the story,We all decided to..actually wait I must give credit where credit is due,a good customer/friend/fellow addict, Janet  thought it would be a good idea to all post our Birthday cards for Tara on our blogs on the same day.So Cheri then organized this great blog hopand we all pulled together and created.So check out we've made.This is my card..

I know ....can you believe it ! NO ,yes I repeat, NO Copics.Now Tara very much loves technique so I thought I would just do that.I do know we both love distressing.I think I love Tim more,I mean distress.;)

I stamped this Hero Arts flower with clear embossing powder and then went to town with Distress ink.As I did with the PP as well .Boy - ripping ,stressing,and inking ,Oh my what fun! !

Tara has all kinds of friends and fans ,even the littlest ones :), my daughter Emma made this card for her.

This was an image I was coloring but just wasn't working for me.So "Someone" thought they would make them work for her. If you can see she colored some flowers and a cute little bee saying"bus"(aka Buzz).Here's her inside...

Another challenge...yep,it gets better.I did 2,Yeah for me! I combined to challenges into 1 card.Gotta love it when that works.So this week at Stamptacular Sunday the challenge was DISTRESS  .I gotta tell you I distressed everything I could on this card,from paper to flowers to even the pearls ! ! I used Tim's distresser to rough up the edges and of ccourse his distress ink to ink everything!!

The other challenge is from Simon Says Stamp.There 's was to use pearls and lace.Oh which I did,although the lace is paper.But it's lace.Speaking of paper ,the PP is from Webster's Pages.I REALLY love this stuff!!

Oh and the chic girl with the coffee cup is from Whif of Joy.I just love her!!

So Girlie

So the challenge at Lil'Lolita Boutique is GIRLIE.Now how hard could that be for me,especially having 3 girls!! What says girlie more than flowers,bling,glitter and of course pink!!

This cutie is Willow. I have colored her with copics.I used Cosmo Cricket Delovely for PP.


In the background I stamped on Black CS with Hero Arts flourish background.I used Glue Pad and covered it in Glitter Ritz.Hmm using to much Glitter Ritz lately?.LOL

The rest is pretty self explanitory. Ooops I almost forgot...that pretty blue stuff around Willow is Twinklets spritzed with Glimmer Mist. Fun.Although not so much fun trying to glue down,if anyone has good tips on how to keep it from falling off my card..lol

Warm Wishes for Pink Mike

This week's challenge for Stamptacular Sunday is ALL PINK. I do mean ALL.Boy is that a challenge.I mean I have alot of paper that is pink but there is always a smidge of this color or another.But of course my Tim didn't let me down.I used Tim Holtz's paper for this card.As you can see I used Mike from Whipper Snapper again as well as snowflake sheer(covered in glitter ritz).There's a smidgen piece of Reminisce glitter cardtock that was actually white but I used Glimmer chalk on it in of course PINK.
