Celebrate......

This was a quickie! Hee Hee.I 've been itching to use this stamp so ...I JUST did.LOL

The stamp is from Hero Arts,which I stamped on acetate in stazon and adhered onto some gorgeous KaiserKraft paper.

I then stamped out the butterflies again and colored them with copics.I cut and 3d them onto the acetate.I tied some ribbon around and added some pretty pearls.

I will be away for a few days ...we're off again to our monthly visit to Children's Hospital for my daughter's treatment.It just wipes me out going so it'll be a few before I post again.This gettin' old thing..it's not all that it's cracked up to be ?!LOL

A+ Teacher

     
I needed to make teacher cards for my daughter and by golly I'm on time.Well quite frankly,I'm never on time,so I guess there is a first for me.LOL. My daughter is in Grade 1 and has 2 teachers so here they are..

This little sweetie is from CC Designs.I thought she was perfect for a teacher card.I matched her up with October Afternoon Paper.Of course she is colored with Copics.

This next little fella is from Whipper Snapper.I  got to use some of Basic Grey's Origin's.I used some Prima flowers and that great leaf from Prima.......love it!!Some Basic Grey brads in the center of the flowers.

On both cards I used a stamp saying "You're special " instead of the norm "Thank you" I usually use.

Because let's face it,you gotta be special in order to survive all day and 5 days a week with my child!LOL.

Vrooooom.......Riley !

My attempt at a manly card.I needed to make a birthday card for my Dad so this is what I came up with.I really HATE doing man cards.It would be so much easier if they just liked flowers and bling and all that pretty stuff!Am I right or what??Boy you men would probably get a hundred more cards a year than the usual "have tos".
So as you can see my featured image is Riley.He is mounted on some corkboard and surrounded by the fabulous "Old guys rule"paper from Creative Imaginations.I had to make this card bigger than the standard because I wanted to show off that paper.I hope "Papa" likes!! lol.

Sweet Memories

Doesn't this image just make you say "aawwe!"

I colored it with copics,even attempted to make grass.lol.The background paper was from a script stamp by Hero Arts.The pinkypeach paper is from.....,huh,actually I can't remember.Oops Sorry!

I added some ribbon and pearls.The sentiment is a clear dimensional sticker by Cloud9Designs that I adhered to that ??PatternedPaper.Again..sorry!lol.Still don't remember...hmmm it'll come to me sooner or later.
