Baby it's cold outside ...

One finally card to show ..the image is from Mo Manning..and quite frankly a fav of mine now . I can't believe that it took me so long to color her up but oh well ,she is now :)

Ginger Wishes

So I have been so busy trying to get cards made and life seems to be interrupting that lol. So in the next bit I will make up for not posting. My posts will be short and sweet but hopefully lots of them :) 

Today's card is using this cute gingerbread man from Stamping Bazzar which sadly isn't around anymore.But I adore him. I went with a simple layout not too many embellishments. My papers are from Authentique.Very classic red and green colors I added some close ups..hope you enjoyed !

Now onto fun business....

I'm gonna try to squeeze more Halloween cards if I can.So here is one for today :)

This kitty just melted my heart.It's from Whipper Snapper.A must for your stamp collection lol.

My papers are from Authentique ,not sure the name of the collection. Which I distressed ripped and all that good stuff.I added some distress ink for the edges.

Lots of little embellishments went onto this baby. Flowers from Prima and WOC. And of course those cute pumpkins from my local gift store. As well as the cheese clothe in that cream love !

Those adorable clothes spins ...OMG really love these.I did take the orange star one and used a TH rub on atop of it,you'll actually see a few rub ons throughout the card.

A little TH chitchat stickers covered in distress ink and some glossy accents.

Now onto the elephant in the room....the cobweb around the card.This is a MS border punch.I cut from black cs and spritzed with purple and green spritz. I also added all kinds of bling to this card .

Now as fab as this looks ,I didn't account for the slight lopsidedness of it if it's not on the inside as well.Live and learn I guess.

For a Sweet Friend

Hi everyone ! It's time for another challenge..the Lacy Sunshine girls are playing with

DIES and/or PUNCHES 

I have used both on my card. I have used Rory Lucky Clovers I have tweaked her a little to make her versatile . I added a flower where the clover is and just covered along the bottom.Although you can't see I actually just colored the grass not showing the clover. My papers are from Authentique.Now for my dies and punches...the butterfly ,hearts, center flower and branches are made from punches.The dangling heart is from Memory Box.

The butterfly antenna is actually from a roll of twigs from the dollar store.It had these buds continuously .I just cut off a piece to add to it.

Now the flower I had made from three different sized circle punches . I distress the edges and brushes with distress ink. Now I took these little puff balls from a storage box I had gotten years ago.I thought they would be perfect for a shaker as snowballs. Then as I stared at them I thought..huh cute for flower center.I also brushed on some liquid pearls just to give a soft touch to them.I did try to spray them,but apparently they melt when you heat them lol.And not just melt but melt away !!

Now I took the paper that I punched the circles out of and added cardstock to the background .Then punched some more hearts out and put them into the circles.Complete fluke that this worked out lol

Going Mental !!!

Oh boy has spring break ever messed me up.I don't know what day it is or anything.Tuesday morning my daughter got up and we were checking the weather to see what was expected.I said to her well it looks like cloudy today and Tuesday and Wednesday is rain.So off she got ready and it wasn't til afterschool picking her up and going to town that it started to rain.It then clicked to me !!! Today is Tuesday..I say oh boo it's Tuesday today,she replies are you ok mommy I know that lol. Boy oh boy!!

  So yes I'm very late with my post for High Hopes Challenges.But here it is...better late than never right !

Graphicat Sketch 23-Just sitting here thinking of you

It's time for a new sketch at Graphicat Sketch Challenges

Today I combined a Sugar Nellie stamp with a sentiment from Graphicat Designs stamp set called Coffee Girl. Fitting for this image eh...they all fit this image but this one was the best. My papers are from Authentique. Flowers are from WOC and the chipboard spoon and cup are from Maya road.So cute huh?? 

Now onto Courtney's project.She did a smash page of herself and sister .

She also used the same sentiment as I. The sister quotes are stickers from Bo Bunny. Not sure the papers lol.

Sneak Peek ,New Sketch ,OH MY !!

It's a double whammy for ya today. First up I have sneak peeks from the upcoming release from 

High Hopes Stamps.You'll see today and tomorrow sneaks and release day/blog hop on Wednesday.I gotta tell ya this release is fabulous !! I love every single one of these stamps. Now the DT's are showing all different stamps,so be sure to stop their blogs and check it out. 

Now onto my card..I have used "waddlin' by " with the coordinating sentiment "winter hi" . My papers are from Basic Grey Alpine Frost . That fab tinsel is from Tim Holtz...love this stuff lol.

I have also used the new sentiment called "snow all day "...for the inside.

Now for the second card of the day is for the new sketch over at Graphicat Sketch challenges.You may have noticed that I used this sketch for the card above .Fabulous isn't it. The sketch lol...You're gonna love this...EVERYBODY WINS..yep you read right.Now thats some fabulous incentive .

So for this card I have used a Saturated Canary image and teamed it up with Graphicat designs sentiment zombies eat brains..LOL . Great sentiment eh??

I believe she is called Zombie Nimah ..could be wrong. The papers I used are from Authentique, Flowers are from WOC /Prima and the cute skull is from Graphicat Designs as well. I have to apologize for the picture.I have NO idea why her dress looks blue but I assure you it's purple .The ribbon and flowers came out purple ???Hmmm who knows...

Graphicat Sketch Challenge #15

                               Hi Everybody !! Welcome to a new challenge at Graphicat Sketches. This is a heavy pic post so I will keep the blabbering to a minimum. This sketch was so fab I made two cards. In all honesty I had the Lili of the Valley image already colored up just waiting to added to a card. 

So it was kinds quick going together...I apologize for early an Xmas card,I know it's just not Xmas time yet.But I'm hoping if I get in a card or two now and then,maybe when crunch time comes down,I won't panic so much.LOL...OK I'm babbling so off you go to looksey...

Warm Wishes from my favorite monkey!

Yes I have said this time and time again..he's one of my favorite monkeys.Can't help myself. LOL

He's from High Hopes Stamps.I teamed him  up with Authentique's papers.These are sooo not Christmas or snow papers but I think it worked. I just love the blue and brown combo. I promise to use some other colors. 

I also used High Hopes mitten border stamp in the corner.They are so quick to color and easy to cut out.I bought these cute clothespins and just had to hang those mittens. Those cute wood snowflakes were covered in Picket Fence distress stain and the spritz with a blue Smooch Spray.

Ok I got a cute close up of the liquid applique ,...had to show.
